Get to know Me

First I would like to say Thank You for taking your time to step into my space and be open minded about whatever topic or series is written here. 

I feel that it is important for you to at least know me a little before chasing me down various roads of discussion, advice and even debate from time to time. I will promise you this, whatever is experienced here will be Authentic, will be my words and thoughts unless otherwise credited and always will remain open minded, impartial and for the sake of marketing "Real Clear"!

So you may ask, Who is this guy, Don't worry I ask the same question once in a while too and lets be honest here; we all have asked who am I at some point in our lives however that will be a part of another series down the road. Back to the question at hand, I am Paul, PR, Tiger, Realini, Harvey, Mr. Audi, Husband and Father. Some of those nicknames will come out along the way in my writings. Originally from Northern California and now in Michigan; I have been happily married for over two decades and we have a son who will be 19 years old soon. My wife Michelle is part of my strength along with my best friend, sounding board, partner in all things and true love of my life. 

I work for a large healthcare provider in west Michigan leading programs on the IS side of the organization. Over the past quarter century I have been working in a project manager, program manager or Director capacity in various industries. My passion is people and process however many might say I have a keen ability to step outside of the process to look at how it might be improved. 

One thing that is very well known about me is my other passion for Automobiles, Cars, vehicles,  People Movers, Wheels or what ever else you would like to call them. This is true; I do have a Hobby or Habit with all things vehicle related, mainly of the Audi, VW, Porsche variant however I am not one who does not appreciate another good looking or built vehicle. Again this will likely surface as the posts continue. 

Photography, weather and being a first responder is also very big in my life. I act as an on-call reserve coordinator for the county I live in and I work with the Federal side for disaster services under DHS (FEMA). If I am not chasing a disaster then we are chasing storms in the spring or any other major outbreak that might happen and capturing great photo's. 

My views vary on politics, policies or how our country is heading. My wish is to keep my writings and discussions fairly distant to some of those area's however I am not concerned about spiking up a conversation of topic in the future. 

One of the last things that I will share in this introductory posts is that I truly care for people. No matter where you have come from or whether you have money, fame, a big house or no house at all. We have been placed on this earth to what I believe is to make things better than the previous generation for the next generation to come. You will find that I am one who will do almost anything to help others understand the potential that God has given each of us. Help grow the opportunities that are placed before us and be the best person I can be to others. I get it wrong at times and am not perfect however if I am able to share my experience to lift another then I will. 

I can't say this was brief however in terms of who I am it would be considered brief. I do hope that you will take a chance on me as I will on you. Maybe we both might learn something and be a better version of our already amazing selves.
